OUR PROCESS
SPECIFIC DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED BY Jax Credit Disputes
1. We will help you obtain all of your credit reports from the 3 major reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax and Transunion) if necessary.
2. We will do a complete Audit of your credit reports with you either by phone or in person to determine inaccurate, outdated and/or unverifiable information contained on your credit reports.
3. We will prepare the appropriate documentation to submit to the credit bureaus to initiate a disputes of inaccurate, outdated and unverifiable items appearing on your credit report.
4. We will also prepare the appropriate documentation to submit disputes and validation request directly to listed creditors/debt collectors on your credit report that you believe to be inaccurate, outdated and/or unverifiable.
5. Your information is maintained in a secure password protected server system.

ACTIONS REQUIRED OF CUSTOMER:
1. You must provide proof of your ID, Social Security Number, Mailing Address as required by the credit bureaus to validate your identity.
2. You agree to pay the fee to obtain your credit reports from the CRA’s if applicable.
3.You will be responsible for notarizing the letters that requires to be notarized and sending all correspondence on time via USPS certified mail with electronic receipt. (If Applicable). __ Applicable __ Not Applicable
4. If your account requires debt settlement negotiations you are required to call your creditors/debt collectors to set up a payment arrangement in case there's no response from Pay for deletion letter.
5. You agree to provide all documentation sent to you from the credit bureaus and collection agencies during the Dispute process in timely manner. You can provide this information by the following: email: JaxCreditDisputes@outlook.com
6. It is the customer obligation NOT to apply for new credit while Jax Credit Disputes is in process of disputing and resolving disputed items on your credit report. By applying for new credit it will negate the progress that we have made.
7. Client also agrees that if any new derogatory trade-lines appear (this includes new collections, new judgments and late payments) on their credit file while they are in the program our guarantee that we have offered you upfront will become null and void. New negative accounts will not be added to the Dispute process. To Dispute NEW items additional payment is required.
