3. Jax Credit Disputes, LLC cannot remove verified and accurate information from your credit reports.

7. Jax Credit Disputes, LLC is NOT affiliated with any credit reporting agency or credit monitoring service.

8. It is the primary function of Jax Credit Disputes, LLC to provide credit score education and coaching and to help you legally remove obsolete, inaccurate and unverifiable information from your credit reports that are lowering your credit scores. IT IS NOT the primary function of Jax Credit Disputes, LLC to raise your credit scores. (Raising your credit scores is only the end result of our program which consists of credit score coaching, removing inaccurate and unverifiable items from your credit reports and you paying your bills on time. Just one new late payment can lower your credit scores 60-100 points and eliminate any credit score increase that occurred as a result of the performance of Jax Credit Disputes, LLC. An unpaid collection or charged off account that is updating during the current month may continue to keep your credit scores suppressed). After the services are completed, it is your responsibility to maintain your credit score. Any credit monitoring services will be charged extra.

9. Jax Credit Disputes, LLC requires the one time payment upfront to enroll into our credit repair.

10. Credit repair results may vary for each individual.

11. You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit file from a consumer credit reporting agency. They may charge a reasonable fee.

12. Liability. In no event will Jax Credit Disputes, LLC be liable for (i) any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of programs or information, garnishments, judgments as results of disputes and the like) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service, or any information, or transactions provided on the service, or downloaded from the service, or any delay of such information or service. Even if Jax Credit Disputes, LLC or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages, or (ii) any claim attributable to errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the service and/or materials or information downloaded through the service.

13. Any credit repair statements, or credit repair examples, are only estimates of what is possible. There is no assurance you’ll do as well. Results are based on many factors. We have no way of knowing how well you will do, as we do not know you, your background, your credit standing, or your work ethic. Therefore we do not guarantee or imply that you will get better credit, that you will do as well, especially if the techniques are never implemented. If you rely upon our figures; you must accept the risk of not doing as well.
